Returns must be authorized by MegaJailhouse.com personnel and have valid RMA numbers.   Please contact customer service at 888-912-3427 for return authorization.

The return of stocked items for reasons other than manufacturer defect will be evaluated on a case by case basis and will be subject to a minimum 35% re-stocking fee. No returns are authorized on items after 30 days of receipt.  Items returned to the factory without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.  Once an authorized return is received at the factory in good condition, a credit will be issued in the form of the original payment.   

Custom, powder coated, and non-stock items are fabricated to order and CANNOT be returned under any conditions.
